Although located in a central area of the marina, the house is able to remain an intimate and confidential, because it does not develop in off the street, but at the inside of a private courtyard. The house has a floor area of 80 meters, divided into 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and porch indoor. On the outside there is a large veranda with table and chairs-outdoor shower and also useful pilozza-and shading blind that will allow you to enjoy not only delicious dinners, lunches but also quietly facing the summer heat. All the inside leads into a living room with a kitchenette. Following is the bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms. Unique Mediterranean style of the furniture, the house in its simplicity-that is at the same time synonymous with refinement-can no doubt be an excellent solution for your holidays.
